Maryann Pandolfo was a godsend during our apartment search. Patient, organized, upbeat, and good-humored, she tirelessly tracked down places that were within our budget and met our needs. She also traveled to the northernmost reaches of Manhattan on the hottest days of the year. Even when we had left the city for a brief vacation, her reliable communication to us about the status of our application allowed us to navigate the home buying process with ease.
