Coming from Texas, I had no prior knowledge about the NYC market and was on a bit of a time crunch to find a place. Sophie made the entire apartment hunting process SO seamless for me. She went above and beyond booking showings for the one weekend I was able to visit NYC and even organized virtual ones once I was back in TX. She was an amazing listener and really understood what my goals were when looking for a place. Sophie was incredibly reliable and answered all of my million questions—and if she didn’t know the answer right then, she was going to make it her number 1 priority to find out for me.
