Currently residing in a co-op in the West Village, Tom has lived in New York City for over 30 years and knows the city inside and out. He’s been a buyer, a seller, a landlord, and a tenant.
He served as a member of the board of directors of his 156 unit Chelsea condo building where he learned the inner workings of a full service building. He approved budgets, kept an eye on renovation projects and became an expert at evaluating board packages.
Tom came to Bond following a successful career in advertising where he creatively handled large global clients such as Olay, Pantene, Cover Girl and L’Oreal at prestigious agencies like Saatchi & Saatchi and Grey Worldwide. He applies his expertise to innovative property marketing strategies that present homes to prospective buyers in the best light possible.
When clients are asked why they love working with Tom, they all say the same thing: He is a talented marketer and a true pleasure to work with. He’s a skilled negotiator who gets results with integrity.
Originally from the Detroit area, Tom is a competitive swimmer whose best stroke is the butterfly. He can frequently be found running along Hudson River Park with his Jack Russell terrier, Dexter.
