BOND NEW YORK has announced the hiring of Fernanda Forman as managing director.In her new position, Forman will over see the company's staff recruiting and training, market research, on site office management, pricing and will help create and launch the firm's new Property Marketing Division. In her previous postion, Forman worked as a managing agent at Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide where she maketed five-star mixed- use projects around the world. Prior to this, Forman was executive vice president of Real Estate Sales and Leasing for the venerable Essex House Hotel for almost 20years.
