Our area orientation will help the client familiarize themselves with the city before they even begin looking at properties. Our tours are designed to address and resolve issues such as budget, schools, shopping, and commuting times to ensure they make the best housing choice possible. 3. Paperwork and Financial Preparation Being prepared is crucial to making sure the rental process goes smoothly. The Relocation Specialist works with his or her client to get their paperwork in order before the search begins. He or she will conduct a thorough review of their paperwork, enabling them to anticipate any problems the client may have in renting and find appropriate solutions. 4. Home Search The Home Search can be daunting and our Relocation Specialists are here to ensure this process goes as smooth as possible by helping the client to best focus their housing choices based on his or her criteria and guide them client through the selection process.
