Gwyn has a knack for making people feel comfortable in situations that can be extremely uncomfortable. Gwyn guides her clients through the entire process, helping them to first truly understand what it is they need and then working tirelessly to help them achieve their real estate goals. She metaphorically holds their hands through their journey with unwavering commitment to seeing them through to the end.

Having bought and sold two of her own homes, Gwyn understands firsthand the challenges that can come with buying and selling a home. She treats each clients’ transaction as if it were her own, and is especially comfortable going to bat for her clients and negotiating on their behalf to ensure they get the best possible outcome.

Gwyn has been living in Brooklyn for the last two years near the border of Prospect Heights and Crown Heights but her roots in New York City run deep. As a child she lived on the Upper East Side, and she has ancestors from the city going back to the 1800’s. She currently lives not far from where her dad used to play.

When not assisting her real estate clients, Gwyn is a sex coach with a podcast called What Excites Us! She also operates a zero-waste vintage bead business with her college best friend.
