Veronica comes to BOND with 25 years of real estate experience, 15 as a sales manager for a major NYC brokerage—initially in their Chelsea/Gramercy location and later in their Greenwich Village office. In 2003 she was promoted to manage their largest office, on The Upper West Side.

In her role as Sales Manager and Associate Broker at BOND, Veronica enjoys assisting agents in their day-to-day business. She excels at teaching new recruits, supporting seasoned agents, solving transaction-based problems, giving marketplace direction and celebrating the agents’ successes. She is her agents’ biggest supporter and is always eager to help them expand their territory, knowledge and sphere of influence. As a leader at BOND she also plays a role in developing corporate strategy and is the liaison for agents and upper management.

Prior to her career in the real estate industry she worked as a corporate buyer for a major fashion company, however, after buying her first piece of property she was hooked and knew she wanted to become an agent. Over the years has completed transactions in every part of Manhattan and well beyond.
She credits her long success to: being present in her business every day; being an authority in the industry; being sincerely interested in her agents business, and to being authentic and honest. Veronica has a degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology.

On a personal note she lives in Nassau County, near the beach and the Boardwalk at Long Beach. She lives in a 1928 Georgina Colonial with a huge backyard which is perfect for the dogs she and her husband adore. She is an animal lover, loves to swim, walk and bike. She is also a certified yoga instructor working on her second yoga certification.
